Urap

200 gr Fern
100 gr red Beans
4 pcs Garlic
5 red Onions
100 gr Coconut
2 Chili
Salt, Pepper, Coconut Oil

Urap

Cook fern and beans. Grill the coconut a little bit and mince it. Cut all other spices and mix all together. This pap of spices has to be fried in coconut oil and mixed with the other vegetables. Finally, mix in the minced coconut.  Serve it cold - Guten Appetit !

Sate Bali

Sate Bali

500 gr Beef or Pork
100 gr Coconut, minced
2 cm Tuber of Ginger
1 TL Coriander
2 cm Turmerick
1/2 TS Nutmeg
3 pcs Garlic
1/2 TS Pepper
Salt, Coconut Oil, Bamboo Sticks

Mince all meat very thin. Mince and mash the spices and mix all together. This pap of spices has to be fried in coconut oil and mixed with the minced meat to get the final pap, which is kneaded around the bamboo sticks. The last step is to grill the meat stick over charcoal. - Selamat Makan!

Lawar

100 gr Beef or Pork
300 gr Beans (or young Jackfruit)
100 gr Coconut, minced
2 cm Tuber of Ginger
1 TS Coriander
2 cm Turmerick
1/2 TS Nutmeg
3 pcs Garlic
2 Chili
Salt, Pepper, Coconut Oil

Lawar

Mince all meat and ingredients and then steam together with the minced coconut. Cook the green beans and cut very small. Mince and mash the spices and mix all together. This pap of spices has to be fried in coconut oil. At last mix all ingredients and serve it cold - Enjoy your meal!
